Activities for Adults

Christian fellowship is extremely important at Parkway
Presbyterian Church. We are infamous for our covered dish
suppers, usually followed by entertainment or an informational
program.

Parkway Presbyterian Church sponsors
a winning men's softball team. The
competition with area churches is friendly
and the fellowship immense.

The Presbyterian Women have three active circles that meet
monthly, both in the morning and evening hours. The Ruth
Circle and the Deborah Circles meetings include Bible Study,
fellowship and mission. The Craft Circle helps plan the yearly
Holiday Bazaar and invites both men and women to attend.
The women are the backbone of our prayer chain. All women
are encouraged to participate.

The Men of the Church meet monthly for supper, fellowship
and special programming. They sponsor special events such
as the Sweetheart Dinner and join with the Presbyterian
Women to provide food for needy families. All men are
welcome.

The Peanut Butter Gang is a group for children ages
Kindergarten through fourth grade. They have been know to take
trips to Wild Adventures.

The Youth Group is for young people in the 3rd through 12th
grades and they meet each week to develop their spiritual lives
int eh XY2 program. They also have other activities during the
month that include fun and service events.

The Workcamp is a special opportunity for a week during the
summer of intense service work and spiritual growth designed
for young people in the 7th grade through age 20.
